Texture rather than vibration
A TPE sleeve at 94 g with studs covering the outer surface. No motor, no battery, nothing to charge.
What it offers is texture, not vibration, and that is a different proposition. A vibrating sleeve adds sensation through movement; this one adds it through the surface, which your partner feels rather than you.
The studs run the full length
Not a band at the base or a patch in the middle — the studs cover the shaft from base to tip, so the texture is consistent rather than arriving and stopping.
There is moulded vein detail running along it as well, and the tip is sculpted rather than blunt, which makes it easier to get on.
Light enough to forget
94 g. That matters for a sleeve: anything heavier pulls and needs adjusting, and a sleeve that shifts mid-session defeats the purpose.

TPE
TPE is soft, warms quickly and stretches easily, which is why it is used for sleeves at this weight.
It is also the material that needs the most care. Water-based lubricant only — both oil and silicone lubricants break TPE down and leave it sticky, and that damage does not reverse.
Cleaning
Warm water and mild soap, working along the inside rather than just at the opening. Turn it inside out to dry properly; a sleeve dried closed stays damp.
Store it away from oil-based products and out of sunlight, which stiffens TPE. A light dusting of renewal powder keeps the surface from getting tacky between sessions.
How it compares
Against a ribbed sleeve, the studs are more pronounced: a rib runs along the length, while a stud is a raised point, and the two feel different rather than more or less of the same thing.
Against a vibrating sleeve, this one is silent and needs no charging. What it adds is surface texture, which is felt by a partner rather than by you.
Before you buy
94 g is light, and that is deliberate — a heavier sleeve pulls and needs adjusting. If you have used sleeves before and found them prone to slipping, the low weight is the thing to look at.
Check the internal fit as well. TPE stretches, but a sleeve that is too loose will not stay where you put it.
