What can I return?
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Opened intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

The policy
- Returns accepted within fourteen days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened intimate items cannot be returned.
- Return postage is the buyer’s unless the item arrived damaged.
- Refunds are issued within three days of the item arriving back.
Why opened items are excluded
Intimate products cannot be resold once the seal is broken, and no store that took one back could honestly call the next one new. This is standard for the category, not a policy aimed at you.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph it and [contact us](/contact/) within a day or two of delivery. A damaged item is covered, including the return postage.
